JOB SUMMARY :
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, in the context of the start-up and production of a major mining project, the Human Resources Technician will act as a collaborator who will actively participate in the growth of our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Actively participate in the recruitment process;
  • Actively participate in the onboarding process for new employees;
  • Support the payroll and benefits department;
  • Support the consulting team and the human resources department;
  • Write, correct and set up various documents such as appointment notices, presentations, memos, training logs, vacation schedules, etc.
  • Collect, compile and synthesize data from different systems and update the different KPIs;
  • Coordination of the administrative management of the training component.

  • Coordination of the administrative management of the training component.

Profil recherché

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in administration, bureaucratic techniques, human resources or other appropriate discipline.
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience in similar functions;
  • Knowledge of the usual computer applications (Office suite);
  • Bilingualism (oral and written).
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is an asset;

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
